link closes quickly

I am having a problem with my computer.. Since I bought it when I get
on the internet and view a page of course I can see the page but when i
click on a related link to either open another page to view a picture
or a related site the next window/page closes quickly. I don't have
time to either right click to open the window. I have tried several
things but nothing works.. can you help?

You've tried several things but no mention of what they are so there's no
way to know if the following is something you've tried or not. Anyhow...

If sounds like you want the original page open in a window and a new window
for the linked page? If yes and right clicking to "open in new window" is
too time consuming, try settings in Internet Options. There is one worded
something like "reuse windows." Remove the check for that setting. OK your
way out. It may be necessary to close all IE windows and relaunch the
application for the new setting to take effect.
