Link bars not visable

G

Hi!

My ISP has 2002 FP extensions and are no help with uploading my updated
site. I am using FP 2003, would this cause my link bars not to be visable? If
not, what do I need to do?

Yes. Everything appears to be loaded but there are no links bars... and thus
no way to navigate the site.

Make sure your home page filename is the same as that required by your host
Post a URL to your published site

Hi Stefan,

The file name for my home page is index.html. This is not a new site. I have
just switched to FP. I haven't changed any file names. I have added a few new
ones and have deleted some pages I no longer need (so I have to figure out
how to redirect... but first things first).

I'm not sure it's a link bar problem. There is NO navigation between pages
except those that I have placed links in the body. Those links do work.
Please note that there are no headers or link bars. Maybe it's a java script
thing. I don't know.

The home page is www.alleghenycandles.com

Thanks for your help!!!! I'm totally stuck.

You have apparently used the Optimize feature in FP which has stripped all the FP webbots required for navigation
Unselect all the options in the Optimize tab of the Remote web site View and publish again

Ok.... I did that and it changed nothing. Here is something that might help.
I checked my reports for component errors and everything is listed there
saying that it it won't funtion until it's published on a FP server. This
confuses me. Any url for my site that I type in is available. I can actually
order items successfully. How can it work if it's not published? My host told
me it's all on the server.

In my program, the border is set as "tlb default" which I take to be top,
left and bottom as that's how I have the shared borders set for all the
pages. So what do I do to get it to publish that way to the site? I have
tried numerous times to republish and it shows up as "none".
