Link bar is not created

I'm creating a website using a theme. For some reason when I create a new
page the link bar based on the navigation structure is not added to it
automatically after I add this new page to the navigation structure. What am
I doing wrong? Thanks a lot.

You have to insert the Navigation/Link Bar, then go to Navigation and add the page to your navigation structure.

In navigation view, right-click the page and select add to navigation view.
