Link Access Table to Excel File in Public Outlook Folder

I am trying to create a link within Access to link a table to a Excel file
that is updated daily by a difference department, and posted in a public
folder in Outlook. Does anyone know how to do this?
 
That's not possible. A file stored in an Outlook or Exchange folder can't be used in quite the same way as a file in a system folder.
