Link a Cell in a Table to a single Cell in Excel

Is it possible to link a cell in an Access table to a
single cell in Excel.....similiar to the way you can link
an excel cell to another excell cell in a different
spreadsheet?

No. Access tables are not spreadsheets and they do not work the same.
Access tables to not have 'cells' in the sense that there is a row-by-column
address for them.
