I created an Access report with lines drawn under column headings and group
headings. When I export to Microsoft Word, the lines disappear. Is there
anything that can be done to allow them to export ?

No. If you want the report to retain its graphic formatting, you need to
export to .pdf or the built-in .snp formats. Both retain all graphic images
and formatting. The .snp is not updatable at all. The .pdf is only
updatable if you have the full Adobe package.

Thank you. That is what I suspected.
