Line Spacing Issue

Recently I started a new job and during the orientation it was pointed out
that when communicating via MS Word I am to use the following formatting:

* Font: Arial
* Point Size: 10 pt.
* Line Spacing: Exactly 13 pt.

What I did for the first two points was to set them up as defaults for any
new Word documents. However I was unable to find anything that would allow
me to do the same for line spacing. Is it even possible? Thanks in advance.

Hi Anthony -

If this is the "defacto default" you need, there is one more step to getting
there. In a new blank document go to Format>Styles & Formatting. In the
Styles & Formatting Task Pane, click the downarrow that appears on the rigt
edge of the top box (which should read as "Normal") and choose Modify. In the
dialog box that comes up you will find that your character formatting has
already been modified to reflect Arial 10 pt., so click the Formatting button
at the bottom, select Paragraph and set your Line Spacing to Exactly 13 pt.
*Check the box labeled Add to Template*, then click Ok.
