line spacing in paragraphs

I can't adjust my line spacing, because it is grayed out . Spacing is
grayed out and I can't go from single space to 1 1/2 space.Any ideas how to
get it to work?

I use to be able to just right click on the paragraph in older FP versions
and make the line spacing bigger, but I can't do it at all. Has it
something to do with authoring? If so I have no idea to get it to work.

I use to be able to just right click on the paragraph in older FP versions

Make sure you have CSS enabled in Tools Page Options Authoring

I'm not using a theme.

there might be CSS controlling line spacing.

That worked Great!! I've never used the CSS, so I didn't have it turned on.
