Line in Taskbar.

Basically, my question is: How do I get the line to appear without having
the Language Bar open?

Hello,

does this problem also occur if you use a normal theme? If not, then, I
think, it's a theme related issue.

right click in the task bar and choose unlock taskbar and the line will
appear.
