line breaks problem

When I reinstalled office 2003, I could no longer view plain text email
messages as they were meant to look... Meaning, office 2003 removed the extra
line breaks that shouldn'tve been removed.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix this - it was fine before I
reformatted my computer :( Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you already unchecked the option to remove extra line breaks? (See
Tools | Options | Prefs. tab | Email Options button. Checkbox is something
like 3 or 4 down from the top.)
