Outlook 2003 Minor annoyance with added 'extra line breaks' added.

I would like Outlook 2003 to stop removing line breaks in email messages I
receive. It is annoying and a search through Office 2003/07 help provided no
solution. Thanks for any tips or pointers you can provide.

Here is an example of what I am discussing:

did you look in tools, options, email options - uncheck the option to remove
breaks.
