line breaks between spaces after period

When there are two spaces after the period, the line sometimes breaks between
the spaces, so that the next line appears to be indented by one space. How
can I fix this?

Tools | Options | Compatibility: Disable "Wrap trailing spaces to the next
line." But note that you don't need two spaces after a period, anyway.

How do I get to "tools" in word 2007.

using, *especially* when it's Word 2007. Office Button | Word Options |
