I'm new at this. I apologize for wasting your time.
I just found this site that shows that there art no seeds.
Shoulda found this site first, before assuming that,
because it started to work, it would finish. I too am stuck
at 94% like you. I guess unless someone has the entire
linspire-full- 4.5.393.iso and decides to seed it, all of
us leechers are stuck!

Here is the site to which i refered

Now I can't restart it, so I've given up - 94.5% done over
four hours and it blows up.

Ok this is weird:
I did an alt + enter on the linspire-full-4.5.393.iso
it says 521MB, yet all the torrent clients indicate unfinished @
94% as mentioned. So I decided to burn the ISO. That worked. (I
use Nero) So I decided to check the Md5. Guess what...It checks!

Look for Version: 4.5.393 (Linspire Full) The Md5 is just below
it. Copy the md5sum: e1d5a92222e0a2faaa13bf855dda21dc into a
file named: linspire-full-4.5.393.md5 in the same directory as
the iso. Assuming you have md5sum.exe in c:\winnt\system32, or
c:\windows\command. Next open a dosbox at your iso directory
type: "md5sum linspire-full-4.5.393.md5" to check your iso for
errors. If no error is returned in your dosbox, your iso is
complete, I think.
Next to attempt an Install. :)

Well, apparently the iso wasn't complete.
There are 4 seeds now according to the aforementioned site.
My d/l finished and I am one of them.
For some reason the file size reported didn't change between
finished and unfinished that explains the weirdness.
If anyone wants to try and finish a download; I intend to leaveg
it up all night. The install is proceeding now! Don't know if
it'll finish. ;)
