Limk to Website

I am a newbie to MS Outlook 2003 and I can not open a website from an email
by clicking on it.
I was using outlook express and I could just click on the URL and go to the
website.

I have to cut and paste the data to my browser.

When I click on the URL, nothing happens, a few letters turn black and that
is all.
