Limited Users Internet Access

I have a new computer with Windows XP Home Edition. I set
up myself as the administrator and all other users with
Limited User Accounts.
Using Netzero as my ISP the Limited User Accounts are not
able to access the internet. I was also told that using
the adminstrator type accounts for internet access is not
a wise thing to do with regards to certain types of
viruses. I would like to know what is the best and safest
way to accomplish access to the internet with the Limited
User Accounts.

Bod,

Unfortunatly you can't establish Internet connections from within the
Limited User Accounts'. This is a security feature built into Windows XP.
You could consider making the users administrators/ or some intermediate
account type and apply a policy to the accounts, using something like Doug's
Security Console App:
