Limited user can't access internet

I have new computer just setup with Windows XP Home edition. I am
Administrator and I created three other users, all limited users. Everyone
was able to connect to cable modem internet until I decided to put password
protection on my Administrator account. Now, matter what I do, any accound
that is a limited user can't access internet. I have to make everyone
Administrator.
What went wrong?

I tried your suggestion but could not find any of the software you mentioned, but at least this gives me some direction. I could access the internet with limited access until I installed the following programs : Diskkeeper Lite, Iclean for windows,Spam catcher, and World Tours Golf. I hav e tried uninstalling them all but there must be some latent files someplace. Is this a possibility???

I have the same problem n, no problem until I installed the very same programs you mentioned. I also uninstalled them all but to no avail, please let me know if you ever get a sollution.
