Limited # of recipients in dist. lists?

Where can you increase the number of allowed recipients
for user distribution lists? I'm getting an error message
that I've exceeded the number allowed, but I can't find
anywhere that it is configured.

Outlook does not impose a limit. Your ISP, however, probably does.

Actually, if the DL is being stored in an Exchange folder, the limit is
about 120 addresses, imposed by the underlying data structure. A workaround
is to nest
DLs, but that makes them unmanageable, IMO. (In fact, I think DLs, unless
they are very small, are unmanageable anyway.)
