limited account logon problems SP1

I use XP SP1 Desktop and my limited account users cannot logon.
Everytime I attempt to logon I get an error message saying, "The security
log on this system is full. Only administrators can logon to correct the
problem."
How do I clear my security log/how do I get this error message to go away?
