Limited Account Access

I recently set up limited accounts for my kids. However, they still have
access to most of the software that the administrator (myself) has access to.
I have looked at the "all users" folder but when I alter that folder I am
unable to access programs myself. How do limit access to the kids only?

But be aware of this at the bottom of the page...

Warning: The Toolkit is not intended for use on family computers as a
parental controls measure - many of the security features may have adverse
effects on family computers. Be sure to review the Handbook section on
restricting children on a family computer if you are installing the Toolkit
at home

If you install the programs in the administrator profile and select to make
the administrator profile files private that should do the trick though..
