limited access users get low memory error

I have two systems. One has MS Office and one has Corel
Office. When any user that has limited access is logged
on to either system, I get a low memory error when trying
to open the word process. If a user with administrator
rights or if I change the user to adminstrator the word
processsor works fine.
HELP!!
