Limit Message Download by Attachment Size?

Is there a way to download messages only if their attachment size is less
than a certain size? I'm going to be downloading messages over a slow dial
up (while on vacation) and I would prefer not to download 3MB attachments.

For Exchange and POP accounts, yes. Click Tools>Send/Receive>Send/Receive
Settings>Define Send/Receive Groups. Select your send/receive group. Click
Edit. Select the account and on the right, check the box labeled "Download
only headers for items larger than". Choose your desired value for the
size. Click OK.

For IMAP accounts, you can choose to download the entire message or only the
header on a per-folder basis, but it's not size-based. I don't know about
HTTP accounts.
