LifeCam NX-6000 failed to install on windows XP SP2

I bought a LifeCam NX-6000 and windows can not find appropriate drives to
this camera (very strange since both are Microsoft).
I have contacted Microsoft Support and it was recommended to “reinstall
windows†which you know that takes a lot of time to do.
To avoid that I am looking for some help:
- On the device manager of windows, it is mentioned that \USB\COMPOSITE
device is incompatible.
- Do you know how to install it?

What happens when you try to install the software on the CD that comes with
the LifeCam?

Do all your other USB devices work correctly?
