You need do nothing. The license constitutes part of the machine, and
goes with it. If you want to change the 'registered user', as recorded
in the system's own registry, there is a script to do it at
www.dougknox.com in the XP Utilities section. The registered user at
Microsoft is quite separate from the licensing, is there as a marketing
matter, and I would not bother with it.
