Hi guys, I need some help, when I am running my system at its defaults the
licensing is fine, but when I over clock my CPU I get pop ups saying that it
has stopped working.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I am running Vista Business, P4 HT 3.06Ghz CPU @ 3.81GHz, ASRock MB, GeForce
6200 256MB video card.

What exactly is the message in the pop up? I have two computers which I have
overclocked after Vista install and have not seen any license issues.

It just says that Microsoft Licensing service has stoped working, and too add
to this, control panel will not open up and windows update wont work...

Thanks

It sounds like you have your system overclocked too far. Maybe it worked in
WinXP okay but apparantly not in Vista.

Well that's weird, why would the licensing relay on the PC, should it not
only need the internet?
