After sucessfully activating Beta 2 (5384.4) i reboot my pc. Now after i
login i am getting an Licensing Error Dialog box states:
"You can not log on because you have not activated your copy of windows,
Please activate your copy...."
"Error Information:
Code: 0xC004F027
Description: The Software licensing service reported that the license is
tampered"

Note:
1. I have a valid key from MS which i received from MS.
2. I had sucessfully activated vista without any problems.
3. This is the first time i have used my key to activate.
4. I am now unable to activate, since i cannot login to my PC to activate.

Same here. What did you do to fix?

Boot to safe mode and uninstall any disk mounting software such as Daemon
tools, Alcohol 120%, etc....
This is a known bug and will be corrected in the next build.

I fixed it! When I upgraded from XP to Vista the install program would not
let me upgrade until I uninstalled Daemon Tools.I looked for uninstalled
remains from instructions at Daemon Tools website forums. I could not find
anything in RUN>REGEDIT >
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services or
C:/Windows/System32/Drivers. I see some old left over ATI drivers in the
Services registry. I recienetly added a nVidia card to use Aero. I deleted
the ATIxxxxx.xxx entries and files and re-booted. Everthing is working now!
