Licenses issue

I have a win2k3 box i wanna wipe and revert back to win2k
with one slight problem....It holds my terminal licenses.
Any ideas?

Not a problem. When the time comes to install the
licenses, just call the Microsoft Knowledgebase and have
them reissue the licenses.
