be breaking any license law's and could i activate it
when / if i did install it on my laptop ?

im aware it may be a silly question but i just wanted to

You have a "copy" of Windows XP with SP1 slip streamed? Or, you have a copy
of SP1.

The former is illegal to put on more that 1 PC. The 2nd can be used as many
times as you desire.

No it is a legit copy of windows XP pro (its brand new
with sp1 already in it i think)

Nigel;
Are you referring to Windows XP CD that also has SP1 as part of it?
If yes, you can not install it on a second computer.
One license, one computer, the way it has always been with all
consumer Microsoft OSs.

One license, one machine. It has been this way for years!

JUST COPY IT AND GIVE IT TO ANYONE YOU KNOW, AND PUT IT ON EVERY COMPUTER
YOU CAN ---- MICRO-DICK SUCKS ---- MAKE SURE YOU GIVE IT TO THE HOMELESS
GUY ON THE STREET TOO. :)

Illegal!!! Even if you could get it activated on 2 completly different
coputers.
