License for Access disappeared from machine

Microsoft Access can't start because there is no license
for it on this machine.

I have been working with Access for a long time and this
is the first time I have ever received this message. Due
to the loss of license showing on my machine I cannot work
on vital programs. PLEASE HELP
 
Nothing to do with the operating system. Post the exact text of the error
message to an access group.
