License agreement in Windows Update

When I try to use Windows Update a window pops up asking if
I accept the pending License agreement but there isn't any
"yes" or "no" buttons in the popup. It won't let me
download any updates unless I agree to the license agreement.

Anyone know why there is no buttons in the license
agreement popup ?

Do this then you can see the buttons.
Right click on desktop, click Properties, click Settings Tab, click Advanced
Box, on the General Tab set DPI to 96.

Hit TAB then Enter.

TAB should make the invisible Accept be the default
