licended builds with eval copy?

hello
can i build licenced builds with the evaluation copy of
target designer, so the builds don't expire after 120days?
(we have obtained the serial numbers from microsoft)
i think it will be very difficult if i have to uninstall
the whole database i created with the evaluation copy and
reïnstall everything again.
