If it is a shop bought XP that needs activating it could
get complicated but if it is an OEM XP then it wont
install into another hard drive because it isnt part of
the original system.
I hope this helps :-)

My configuration is one computer but multiple hard
drives that I can swap (Removable Drive Drawers).
Can I legaly use the same Windows XP license on multiple
removable hard drives ? If so, is there any special step ?

Only if the OP likes reading absolute BS. OEM XP that is pre-installed by a
major OEM, is usually BIOS-Locked, and just check hardware by info that's
coded into the BIOS. As long as you don't changed the MOBO you can change
every other single component, and PA won't do nothing to stop you from
reinstalling.
