i have got problem with my computer so i desettled the window and settled
again after, while i settled again window they asked me again my
authenticity key but the computer refuse the key of authenticity and i dont
know what to do ???

I couldn't understand half of that, but the part I did get was... it won't
accept the registration key and your wondering why and what to do?.

If it's an OEM version (i.e. came with the PC), go back to the person you
got the computer from.

If it's a retail version (bought from a shop), contact Microsoft.
