LibAcc.Exe

Does any know what "libacc.exe" does or where it's located?

I have a laptop that continually runs. It has a memory leak, and just KILLS
the computer. I can't find it via search, or MSConfig. Every time I end the
process, it just pop's right back up. It's a user process too.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
