lexun freeware - "reg brush(?)"

For reasons which are all too bizarre I have re formatted my hard drive. I
did not save or back up a freeware utility I liked. It is entitled
something like "registry brush" and authored by a publisher with a name like
"regun freeware"

I searched the web and found some sites which appeared to be promising, but
the substance of it is that I couldn't find a copy available on the web for
download...

Is there anybody who can send me a copy of lexun's registry brush?
