Hello,

I keep trying to post a question and it won't let me. I have Windows XP on
my computer with AMD. I keep trying to open Internet Explorer and it keeps
coming up with the error window " Intenet Expore has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have AVG installed
on my computer and, I go into the portion and disable the error message
window, still doesn't work. Still come up with the Intenet Exporer message.
Can anyone help? I am not real computer literate, so please be patient.

Thanks,
Ted Smith
