After installing a new cartridge in a Lexmark Z12 printer and conducting
cartridge alignment, clean printer nozzles 4 times etc., I now find that it
prints each line of text 3 times: the second line is partially over the first
and slightly lower: the third line partially over the second but not over the
first but lower and clear of it.

Any help appreciated.

Thank you.

Uninstall / reinstall the printer driver, contact Lexmark tech support.

It reads like you aligned the cartridge wrong.

Uncle Grumpy,

I am in the wrong group only if I don't get any advice from others, which,
as you can see, is not the case.

I have already tried Lexmark tech support.

Thank you for your 'help'.
