fitted new cartidges,reinsdtalled drivers but wont print in black.ok
otherwise ie scanner and color printing.
checked all settings etc,anyone any ideas please.

Did you run a cleaning & maintenance cycle as per the printer manual
instructions?

yes and still no luck its ok printing color but just will not do in
black.new cartridges fitted so cant work out what is wrong
