Can anyone help me?

I cannot print any pages of the web, if I need a copy of
anything off the web I have to copy & paste it to my word
document first. Printing from the word application id
fine.

I have tried other options and also uninstalled the
printer and reinstalling, rebooting etc, nothing seems to
correct the printing off the web error.

I am also getting the following message :-
res://C:/windows|system32|shdoc|c.dll|preview.dlg

I wondered if thishassomething to do with the print
preview option but I am still lost.

If you canbe of any assistance, please help me.
