Lexmaek X73 All-in one

I cannot get the X73 All-In-One to print using Windows
Xp . I am connected directly to the USB port on the
computer. The driver goes in and I updated the drivers to
the most current. When trying to print I get "Error
Problem communicating with the printer".

Help please!!!

try a shorter usb cable, i had the same problem and

called lexmark, this was there suggestion, it worked for
me, they said if the cable is to long, that it will forget
what it is trying to print before it reaches the printer.
