Not Good!!!!! Microsoft does not send Email containing attachments. Gibe.B is
a virus. Delete the message and then read on.
This can not be repeated often enough. Microsoft *WILL NOT* send attachments to
you except by prior arrangement.

Any E-mail arriving from an address like '(e-mail address removed)' containing an
attachment should look like a huge billboard reading 'I am a virus' to every
computer user. See the following page for more information on Microsoft's policy
regarding software distribution.
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/policy/swdist.asp

One protection method is to create a message rule in Outlook Express as follows;
Go to Tools>Message Rules>Mail>New
In the top box) Check "Where the From Line Contains People" and "Where the
Message has an Attachment"
In the center box) Check "Mark as Read" and "Delete it" and "Stop Processing
More Rules"
In the bottom box) Click on "Contains People" (in blue) and add "microsoft.com"
(no quotes).
Do not use "Delete from server" since OE has no way of knowing if there is an
attachment until it arrives in your inbox.
If you use any other rules which sort mail into different folders or otherwise
move the mail from the Inbox, then it is imperative that the above rule be moved
to the top of the rules list.

W32.Gibe@mm is a worm that uses Microsoft Outlook and its own SMTP engine to
spread. This worm arrives in an email message--which is disguised as a Microsoft
Internet Security Update. Please see
these items.

And from Symantec.
