Legal Alignment

For legal reasons, whenever a row has blank traiing spaces they should be
changed by "-" hypens. This is to avoid people trying to "fix" documents and
add words after the document has been printed.

Is there a way of creating a style in Word that would format all paragraphs
in that way or macros is my only hope?

Example:

This a row that will fisnish with some trailing blanks and therefore word
should fill-- up the space with
hypens.------------------------------------------------------------------

Add a right-aligned tab stop at the right margin and give it a hyphen
leader. Then insert a Tab character at the end of each paragraph.
