Left Click problem not addressed here

Running XP Home and IE-7

While in "All Programs" my right click function no longer works.
Delete, sort by name, etc. My drag n drop don't work either. When I
left click, the window that usually comes up just flashes. My right
click option works everywhere else. Any ideas.

Line 233. (r-h column) Enable Drag and Drop

Line 56. (r-h column) Enable or Disable Right Click Context Menu

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:

Right click the Start button, select Properties, Customize (old start menu)
or Customize, Advanced (new start menu) and check the box for Enable drag
and drop.
