left and right handed people using the same pc

Hi,
I am not sure if this is the right forum, forgive me if not.

At home we ( me, my parents and brothers) share the same computer each one
with a different profile. Everything works fine.
The problem is that my mother is left handed and whenever she needs to use
the computer the mouse needs to be reconfigured...
Is there a way to create a policy to when she logs in the mouse is set for
left handed users and when loggin off and other user logs in the profile
changes back to right handed use?

This should be a per user setting.
You need to log into her account then change the setting to reflect left
handed.
