Left-handed mouse is right-handed at Novell 4.9 login

If the defualt Windows 2000 Mouse drivers are installed,
and set to left-handed, the mouse acts as a right-handed
mouse at the Novell login, but goes back to left-handed
once you are logged into the users profile.

Any ideas would be appreciated...
