Learning to use FPX

Hi, I'm new to webpage building. I created a webpage on AOL. But that was
like baby pages. I want to learn how to use FrontPage 03 for making a webpage
for myself, my business. Can anyone offer any suggestions? I am really new to
webpage creation and Frontpage.
I'd like to see some webpages created using FrontPage.
How do you add sound clips, and videos to a web page in FrontPage?
