learning to draw on paper

my 12 yr.old is interested in learning how to draw and I thought there'd be
something available on the internet where he could trace pictures, or
something like that, to help him learn. Does anyone know where i could find
this free?

Neopets has some "learn to draw" pages but they only show how to draw their
characters. Plus Neopets is a fun site for kids
