learning the basics of HTLM

When I started to make my website with FP 2003 I thought that I could manage
without learning HTLM. I know better now. I would like to know if there is
such a thing as the best book or website to srart with.

all the tutorials you need to use HTML in English

Thanks for recommending a webpage. Although Weballey is a funny place,
probably having some difficulties this time. As I start out on an English
page and I've got my results in an unknown language maybe Czeck? Or I ended
up on error pages. Thanks anyway. Fortunately the other suggested website
works fine.
