Layered pictures and text don't display properly

I just updated to 2002 and was excited to find the
layering option to use for text boxes and pictures. But
for some reason, once uploaded the placement of
everything is all out of whack on the webpage, yet in
FrontPage, everything is perfectly lined up. Is it just
a setting on my personal browser? But if it's happening
to me, surely it's happening to others. Any ideas or
suggestions? Thanks so much!

You are using Absolute Positioning, which is not well supported in many
browsers, it is better to design your page layout based on tables either set
to a specific pixel size or a % which will give you more control of have
your pages appear basically the same in different browsers and at different
screen resolutions.
