layer pull down menu's

Hi,
One reason I purchase FP2003 it says you can make smooth
drop down menus, the ones that looks java script in
layers. I havn't figured this out and it's driving me
nuts. Please help me. I see the layer tool but how do you
get it too make auto navagational drop down menu? I hope
I explained that correctly.
