Yeah Sol, Flops has got some good Ideas there.

What he said reminded me of something my husband said recently.
John hates fighting & will go to all sorts of lengths to avoid having to fight.
But when big Phil at work recently took a swing at him John had him on the ground in seconds, and he said to phil. "Don't ever fight me... because I'll win."
After he came home he said to my kids.

"If you absolutely have to fight, fight to win.
Do whatever you have to,
cos there's no such thing as a fair fight,
there's just winners & losers.
When I have to fight all I know is that,
at the end of the fight someone's going to be on the ground.
And it's not going to be me!"

This guy & his family have you all pinned down.
But he's not fighting fair & he's not going to stop.
The system is scr*wed, but it is a weapon & it's what you've got
& there will be things that you can do or are entitled to that no one is telling you about
because the system just isn't geared towards dispensing information.
Often the frontline authorities don't even know because it just disappears into the missmash of what they have to know.
You've obviously been through all the authorities about moving
& I take it that you have a restraining order against them & you should obviously make as much of a nusiance of yourself as possible with the police whenever they break this order.
But most people aren't really aware that intimidation and Harrassment are also legaly a crime as of 1997 when the 'protection from harrassment' act was introduced in parliment.
even if there is no fear of violence a perpetrator can be fined up to 5000 pounds if convicted.
If you are having property damaged or recieving threatening phone calls or are in fear of bodily harm then obviously this leaves a further wide variety of charges that can be brung against them, not just under this act, but also under other acts regarding theft/property damage, telecomunications & .

I'm afraid I don't have any easy answers about what to actually do
You can really make their lives a misery if you want to here,
but of course no one but yourselves can possibly weigh up the actual risks vs results.
But whatever you decide, remember you do have these weapons handy if you choose/need to use them.
